Brianna Davis, better known as Bri, was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Parkway West High School thinking she wanted to be a veterinarian. But soon, she found a love for writing and took a class in Convergence Journalism her junior year. Her interest in writing only grew from there.
Bri is rising sophomore who is involved in a variety of organizations such as the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), TRIO, The Maneater, a dance team and now CASE. After freshman year, she decided to major in Radio Journalism with two minors in Criminal Justice and Korean. She enjoys the techniques of radio, the suspense in crime, and the culture of Korea. She hopes to work as an international radio journalist, telling stories from all over the world.
Aside from school, Bri values time with friends, family, and herself. When she can, she brainstorms stories, poems, and practices meditation to have balance in her life.
In August 2022, she joined the CASE Marketing team as a writing intern in hopes of being able to continue the legacy of CASE. She strongly believes in the need for stories to be told of those who are underrepresented. Her hope is to create a safe space for those to share their beautiful and impactful stories.
